A Church Plant on the Move

Trailview Church is a growing church plant made up primarily of young families in the Crowley area. This summer and fall, we're moving into our very own building — a huge milestone in our story. We're a community on mission: Delight in Jesus and Advance the Gospel among the young families around us.

Trailview Kids is the heart of that mission for our youngest adventurers. We believe big adventures start here — and we want to find someone who believes that too.

Who We're Looking For

This is a hybrid role combining Kids Ministry leadership with church administration and communications. You're someone who loves kids, loves organizing people and systems, and wants to help build something from the ground up alongside a passionate, tight-knit team.

You'll shape the very first full church home our kids will remember. That's a trail worth blazing.

What You'll Do

• ✦ Lead, recruit, train, and develop a team of volunteers to serve in Kids Ministry
• ✦ Plan and oversee gospel-centered, adventure-themed programming for kids each Sunday
• ✦ Create a safe, joyful environment where kids can discover Jesus for themselves
• ✦ Manage check-in systems, classroom logistics, and child safety protocols
• ✦ Assist with church communications — emails, announcements, and social media
• ✦ Support general church admin needs — scheduling, coordination, and follow-up
• ✦ Collaborate closely with church leadership to advance the Trailview vision

What We're Looking For

• ✦ A genuine heart for children and investing in the next generation
• ✦ Strong organizational skills — you love systems, details, and checking things off
• ✦ Natural leadership ability with experience recruiting and developing volunteers
• ✦ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ✦ Comfortable with church communications tools (email, social media, etc.)
• ✦ Self-directed and dependable — you thrive in a church plant environment
• ✦ Prior Kids or Children's Ministry experience is a plus, but not required
